Our simulator typically needs about a 15ft x 15ft area with at least 9ft of ceiling height. We can work with both indoor and outdoor spaces — backyard, garage, ballroom, you name it.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially on weekends. For larger events and corporate bookings, 3-4 weeks is ideal.

Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes and breakdown is about 30 minutes. We always arrive early so your event starts on time — no stress on your end.
